We specialize in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Some private-pay services may also be available to families, educators, and organizations seeking guidance related to behavior, learning, educational planning, skill development, or program improvement.
Our services are compassionate, evidence-based, and person-centered. We build on strengths, respect individual and family priorities, and develop practical strategies that support communication, independence, learning, self-management, and participation in everyday life.
Yes. We partner with parents and caregivers to develop practical, individualized strategies for communication, behavior, learning, independence, daily routines, and transitions. Support is collaborative and respectful, building on each family’s strengths, priorities, and goals.
Positive behavior support seeks to understand the individual needs, experiences, communication, and environmental factors influencing behavior. This understanding guides proactive strategies that strengthen communication, teach useful skills, and create more supportive environments.
Educational consultation helps families understand and navigate evaluations, Section 504 plans, special education eligibility, IEPs, accommodations, behavior and learning supports, inclusive programming, and educational meetings. We help families understand their options, prepare questions, and participate confidently in school decisions.
No. Educational consultation may support students receiving special education services, students with Section 504 plans, and students experiencing educational, behavioral, or learning concerns who are not currently receiving formal services.
Private-pay options are available for services such as parent coaching and family support, educational consultation, program development and consultation, and professional and staff training.
Medicaid-funded services will be available only after all applicable provider-enrollment, agency-certification, individual-eligibility, assessment, authorization, and service-plan requirements have been met.
A diagnosis may not be required for some private-pay consultation and support services. Medicaid-funded services require the individual to meet the applicable program eligibility and authorization requirements. We can discuss which options may fit your circumstances during the initial consultation.
Depending on the service, individual needs, funding requirements, and provider availability, support may be provided in home, community, educational, office, or virtual settings.
Contact us by phone or email. We will listen to your concerns and goals, answer initial questions, and help determine whether Pathways Support Partners is the right fit for your needs.
